Hosted by acclaimed wine writer and critic David Schildknecht, Austria Uncorked: A FLXcursion Producer-Led Wine Experience at Torrey Park brings an Austrian-focused producer lineup to Torrey Park for a special evening of wine, food, and conversation. Settle into Torrey Park’s warm, refined dining room for a multi-course dinner designed to complement each pour. Guests will be guided through the evening with insight into the wines, producers, and stories behind the Austrian selections. Expect thoughtful pairings, lively conversation, exceptional hospitality, and a one-night-only wine experience at Torrey Park.

Enjoy a slice of the FLXcursion cultural exchange! Ravines hosts three spectacular wine producers— Weingut Heinrich Spindler, Dr.Burklin-Wolf, and Weingut Knewitz— for a culinary event built around the producers and their wines. Chef Jacqueline Powers creates a selection of seasonal foods for guests to graze on while chatting with the different producers. Join the producers at our antique farm table to a three-course dinner featuring the sparkling, white, and red wines.

This summer dinner is a collaboration between Red Tail Ridge, FLXcursion and Chef Matt Hummel. It's going to be an experience like no other with food to match the beauty of a variety of Rieslings. With the breadth of styles and expressions of this varietal that is so beloved in the Finger Lakes, the menu is designed to highlight the versatility of Riesling. Join us in this celebration of the grape that our region has become known for, while exploring what producers from another famous Riesling region do with this noble grape.
